I am no stranger to emotional eating and declining health that feels unmanageable.
I have full knowledge of what it means to battle emotional eating and the climbing numbers on the scale. Back in 2016 I was struggling hard and I often found myself eating unhealthy food to manage my emotions. There were some serious changes that needed to be made, including eliminating stress eating as a means of coping.
Being on the other side, I am excited to help you on this journey. It is what gives me the most joy as a coach. I now benefit from a much healthier relationship with food and look forward to empowering you.
